Delivery Information

Every effort will be made to deliver your goods within 14 days of order acknowledgement. However in some instances delivery make take up to 28 working days.

Delivery charges where applicable are shown on the shopping cart and are for mainland Britain with the exception of areas with the following postcodes KW, IV, PH & PA. For deliveries to these areas, the Scottish Islands and the Isle of Wight please contact us on 01942 602030. We regret we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland and Eire

After acknowledge of your order you will be contacted by telephone by our distribution representative who will advise you when they are next in your area and arrange a convenient window to deliver your goods.

The delivery windows are Monday to Friday.

We do not deliver on Saturdays Sundays or bank holidays.

If you cannot accept delivery on the specified day you will be offered an alternative.

We regret we cannot accept requests for specific day deliveries.

After agreeing a delivery time any failed deliveries may result in further charges for the return trip.

The delivery service will be to your door unless overwise stated, or at the discretion of the delivery person(s). Unpacking and assembly is not included in this service.

Removal and disposal of your old bed is not possible. Your local council may provide this service for a small charge.
